In the heart of Vaucluse, in Pernes-les-Fontaines, here is the gîte that we offer for rental: La Calvinette , a charming little village house, renovated in 2010 and furnished with great care, can accommodate 4 people.

It is an old village house, completely renovated, type T3 of 75m² with 1 floor, overlooking a private flowered courtyard-terrace, 50 m from the Porte de Villeneuve, the main entrance to the town of Pernes, and a stone's throw from all the local shops (bakery, butcher's-caterer, pastry shop, dry cleaner's, newsagent, pharmacy, mini-market, etc.) .

You can park your car in front of the cottage, in our courtyard which is a private, closed passage.

On the ground floor opening onto a small enclosed flowered terrace, the living room stays nice and cool in summer thanks to the house's very thick walls. 3 comfortable spaces: the dining room , the living room with its two sofas, the flat screen TV, the DVD player, the WIFI and the ethernet cable. The open fitted kitchen , with electric hobs and oven, a fridge-freezer combination, a microwave, household appliances: toaster, electric coffee maker, mixer, ... An adjoining storage room encloses the washing machine and ironing equipment.

An old-fashioned staircase leads to the first floor where there is 1 large bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 190, 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, a cupboard for storing blankets and duvets.
It is possible to provide a folding baby bed, a high chair, a small bathtub and a stroller.

The house is located in a private enclosed courtyard where a vehicle can be parked. In a shed adjoining the house, you can also store bicycles, a motorbike, golf clubs, etc.

On the terrace, a table, armchairs and garden furniture allow you to enjoy the sun all year round.
